ABANDONED INVENTORY

Abandoned inventory applies if one of these situations occurs:

Product arrives without customer creates an account or doesn’t create a inbound shipment on client’s portal within 10 days.

A customer does not settle an invoice within 10 days of the invoice being issued.

After storage fee period ends and if is not been paid or otherwise waived they may be discarded without prior notice.

We attempt to colect payment and/or customer does not reply our emails.

If possible, abandoned inventory will be donated to an appropriate local charity.

Free Storage

The use of “good faith” in the use of free storage for the period offered is acknowledged. If the customer chooses to remove, transfer such products within this period without exercising the purchase of services, a U$0.60 fee will be charged for each cubic foot (31cm x 31cm x31cm), multiplied by the number of days in storage since arrival minimum of $5. After 20 days of reception or where the free storage period ends, we will start charging storage fee of U$ 0.60 per cubic foot (31cm x 31cm x 31cm) per month.

After sending
eNova Prep Center is not responsible for delays or loss of items after shipment from our facility. This includes “All” markets where a tracking number is or is not provided by the carrier. These carriers are responsible for respecting their deadline, safety of any goods transported by them.

Applicable law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflict of law rules, will govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.

dispute resolution
If you have any questions or disputes about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting this Company.
