WHAT WE OFFER
Our services are designed to be smooth and hassle-free, starting from when we receive your shipment to when it leaves our warehouses. At eNova Prep Center, we receive all types of products (be it in pallets or shipping containers), regardless of their size. If you wish to send your products from outside the country, we’re here to help.
With our software, you will create an inbound process with details such as item count, tracking number, etc. We will be aware of your inbound shipment and as soon as we receive your order we will begin our fulfillment process and ship in 24-72 hours.
At eNova Prep Center, we carry out two inspections, namely damage control and quality inspection. Damage control is designed to indicate damaged products and bring them to your attention. Quality inspection is tailored to ensure that your products are up to specification such as matching with Amazon’s listings.

STARTING
Send straight from your supplier. After receiving your products we will perform a visual inspection and accommodate it until you are ready to ship your inventory to its destination. You can storage it free for up to 20 days.
LABELLING
We will print and stick FNSKU (product label) for each item and add shipping labels to your shipping boxes.

BUNDLING or PACKS
If your products needs to be grouped as bundles or multi-pack we can do it for you. We will stick a “THIS PRODUCT IS A SET DO NOT SEPARATE” sticker on each pack.
POLY BAGGING
If Amazon request poly bagging we will put each product into an FBA-approved polybag or we have a special price for your custom request.

BOX FORWARDING
After the process is done we will ship your inventory to Amazon FBA using shipping labels provided in Seller Central.
FBM or D2C
We will ship your items direct to your customer on a daily basis with no hassle.

LONG or SHORT TERM STORAGE
Our clients has 20 days of storage for free. After this time we offer a great rate in a monthly basis.
